Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Our diamonds are sourced from trusted suppliers and selected for their exceptional quality. Certification details are provided for eligible pieces to ensure authenticity and transparency.
What materials are used in your jewellery?
We work in recycled 18k yellow, white and rose gold, 950 platinum and sterling silver, set with conflict-free diamonds, lab-grown diamonds on request, and hand-selected pearls and gemstones.
Do you offer custom jewellery?
Yes. Book a consultation with our atelier and we will sketch, render and hand-make a piece around your story, usually within four to six weeks.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the atelier within two business days and arrive in 3–7 days worldwide, fully insured. Made-to-order pieces ship within three to four weeks.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn pieces in their original packaging. Engraved and bespoke designs are final sale.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Store each piece separately in its pouch, remove it before swimming or exercise, and clean gently with warm soapy water and a soft brush. We offer complimentary polishing for life.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Every piece is covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including complimentary resizing and stone tightening.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your piece leaves the atelier you will receive a tracking link by email, and you can follow every step from your account.
